Our menu of unique Appetizers, Salads, and Panini was designed by Executive Chef Carolynn Spence.
Carolynn began her culinary career in Boston under the direction of Chris Schlesinger at East Coast Grill and The Blue Room. Early in her burgeoning career, she worked with Bobby Flay at Mesa Grill and Richard Farnabe at Berkeley Restaurant. Since then she opened Asian Influenced AZ, as Patricia Yeo's Sous Chef (gaining three stars from the N.Y. Times) and worked as Sous Chef for Danny Meyer, opening up Blue Smoke. Next, she worked as Chef de Cuisine under April Bloomfield at The Spotted Pig.
Currently, Carolynn is Head Chef at the newly reopened Bar Marmont in West Hollywood, Calif.
